Using our confidential waste disposal service to securely shred confidential paperwork is the safest way of destroying paperwork, especially if it contains personal information or commercial and sensitive details which could be used fraudulently if disposed of properly.
Quicksilver’s confidential waste disposal system provides a complete service for the disposal and destruction of unneeded confidential documents, whether loose or stored in boxes or sacks.
For boxes in our store, our computer tracking systems indicates the boxes which are due for destruction each month. After client confirmation, we arrange for shredding by a dedicated recycling agency, which can ensure complete confidentiality. Once the confidential material has been disposed of a certificate of destruction is issued.
We can also arrange regular collections, and supply waste console units for use in your office.
Every business generates documents that are too confidential to simply discard in the usual manner and as such our waste consoles are delivered to your office and emptied according to your specific business needs. These secure units are lockable, ensuring once an item is deposited, it cannot be accessed by any third party.
Once removed from your site, the material is then transported to our secure destruction facility and destroyed beyond recovery. Shredded material is pulped, baled and recycled at UK paper mills.
Our service is delivered to the very highest of standards and we hold a waste broker’s license as well as being accredited to ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.
Quicksilver can also provide you with a Certificate of Secure Destruction as evidence that your material has been disposed of confidentially.
